Do not use RobCall for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, robocalling without lawful consent, phishing, impersonation, harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, illegal content, deceptive promotions, or communications that violate recipient consent and opt-out requirements.
Fraud and evasion
Do not use stolen payment methods, false identity details, account sharing intended to bypass controls, traffic pumping, artificial call generation, number cycling, caller-ID spoofing, credential attacks, malware, or attempts to evade provider, geographic, sanctions, or fraud restrictions.
Compliance responsibilities
You are responsible for all laws and industry rules applicable to your calls and messages, including consent, identification, recording, marketing, data protection, sanctions, do-not-call, and emergency-service rules in every relevant jurisdiction.
Enforcement
We may investigate activity, request verification, block traffic, suspend features, release numbers, preserve evidence, or terminate accounts. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to providers or authorities where required or appropriate.
