Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account and billing information. You are responsible for credentials, devices, activity under your account, and promptly reporting unauthorized access.

RobCall provides virtual numbers, communications tools, and related account services through third-party networks. Number availability, destination support, message delivery, call quality, emergency capabilities, and features can vary. The service is not a replacement for emergency calling unless expressly stated.

Numbers are licensed for use while active; they are not sold as property. Numbers purchased in the iOS app use an auto-renewable App Store subscription for the selected billing period. Apple charges and manages that subscription, which you can cancel in your App Store subscription settings. Numbers purchased on the web use the renewal method displayed during web checkout. Canceling renewal allows the number to expire at the end of its paid period. Released numbers may not be recoverable.

Wallet funds pay for eligible RobCall services. Usage rates may vary by destination and service type. You authorize the selected payment provider to process recharge transactions and agree that applicable taxes, conversion, or provider fees may apply.

We may limit, suspend, or close accounts or numbers for nonpayment, fraud risk, legal requirements, provider restrictions, security threats, or violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the service and disable number renewals at any time.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. RobCall is not responsible for interruptions or failures outside its reasonable control. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, without excluding rights that cannot legally be limited.
