Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name, email, phone number, billing address, referral code, login and device information. We also process virtual numbers, contacts you save, call records, message content and delivery data, support requests, wallet transactions, and service usage records.
Payment card data is collected by the relevant payment provider and is not stored directly on RobCall servers. We retain provider references, payment status, amount, currency, and fraud-prevention information.
How we use information
We use information to provide numbers, calling, messaging, notifications, billing, support, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, service improvement, essential account communications, and advertising measurement. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising measurement and App Tracking Transparency
The RobCall iOS app uses Meta App Events to measure app installs, account registrations, purchases, and other interactions so we can understand whether our Meta advertising is effective. Meta may process app and device information, advertising identifiers, purchase details, and event timestamps for advertising attribution, analytics, fraud prevention, and audience measurement.
On iOS, RobCall asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency system before allowing access to the device advertising identifier or tracking across other companies' apps and websites. You can deny the request or change your choice later in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security, then Tracking. RobCall continues to work when tracking permission is denied.
Diagnostics and error reporting
The RobCall iOS app uses Sentry to detect crashes, application hangs, failed requests, and other technical errors. Sentry may process crash reports, stack traces, app and operating-system versions, device model, performance and diagnostic information, and technical request details needed to identify and fix a problem.
RobCall configures Sentry not to send default personally identifiable information, screenshots, or view hierarchies. Diagnostic data is used for app functionality and service reliability, is not used for advertising tracking, and is not intentionally linked to your RobCall identity.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by telecommunications, cloud hosting, push notification, payment, analytics, advertising measurement, security, and customer-support providers when necessary to deliver the service. This includes Meta Platforms for app-event measurement and Sentry for iOS crash and diagnostic reporting. We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, prevent abuse, or protect users and the public.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as required for billing, dispute handling, fraud prevention, telecommunications obligations, and applicable law. We apply technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may update profile information in your account and request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of eligible personal data. The iOS app provides direct account deletion under Account → Delete account. Some records must be retained for legal, safety, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons. See our data deletion instructions for more information.
International processing
RobCall and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used for cross-border transfers.
